Our cloud services are scalable, secure, and comply with GDPR regulations in the EU and Russia. With our data centers in Germany and Moscow, we are able to bring your cloud projects to life, in compliance with data protection regulations, and according to your regional requirements.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

The aiticon cloud is based on the open source project OpenStack. We quickly and flexibly provision virtual servers and map complex network topologies. Private, public, multi or hybrid: We help you into the aiticon cloud.

Data Centers

Our physical and virtual servers are located in data centers in Frankfurt am Main and Moscow. We provide our customers with our own hardware and infrastructure operated by us.

Managed Hosting

aiticon operates virtual or dedicated servers according to your needs. Operating system installation, regular security patches, backups, monitoring: we take care of the basic operation.

Application Management

In application operation, we also support the applications running on our servers, such as Apache httpd, Apache Tomcat, appNG or OpenText Website Management Server and Delivery Server. We take on these tasks regardless of the server location – for example, even in your own data center.

Configuration Management

We automate the provisioning and administration of servers using configuration management software. Similarly or identically configured systems are ready in the shortest possible time, and administrative changes are reproducible and traceable.

Monitoring

In addition to the usual operating system parameters, we also monitor the individual applications to gain deeper insights. We also include historical data in the analysis. On this basis, we constantly optimize our application operation and bring the values relevant for your business processes into a clear presentation.

Cluster

Our infrastructure is designed for redundancy and availability. Clustered load balancers, application and database servers as well as a redundant network connection ensure high availability of your websites and applications.

Cloud Architecture overview

  • Private Cloud

    As the name suggests, private clouds are only available to selected users, such as company employees. Dedicated resources are provided for this purpose. The exclusive structure provides control and thus security, making it perfect for sensitive company data. The hosting of a private cloud can vary:

    • Data center in the company: Operation of the necessary IT infrastructure in the organization itself.
    • Managed Hosting: The IT infrastructure of an organization is operated by an external provider.
    • Hosted Cloud: An IT service provider operates the cloud for an organization in a data center.
  • Public Cloud

    A public cloud can be provided as required and thus offers a more flexible solution than the private cloud, for example. The infrastructure is managed by a cloud provider. Public clouds offer a fast and comparatively cost-effective solution when additional resources are required in cloud computing.

    This cloud is public because it enables access via the public Internet and data centers are not operated exclusively for one organization, as is the case with the private cloud.

  • Hybrid Cloud

    The hybrid cloud combines public and private cloud solutions. The result is the best of both worlds: Scalability meets data protection. Sensitive company data is managed in the private cloud while applications run in the public cloud. With the help of the hybrid cloud architecture, both services communicate with each other. This enables maximum control over data without sacrificing the benefits of the public cloud. Depending on the workload, the public cloud can be adapted and billing can be based on demand.

  • Multi Cloud

    Multi cloud describes an architecture that comprises different private and public clouds and places them under a common management. Not every cloud service can be used universally. Multi cloud is therefore based on integrating several services on one platform. In this way, flexible action can be taken and the appropriate service for the use case can be selected. Several providers are therefore used in parallel. This protects against dependencies: Risks are minimized, since another service can be used in the event of a failure.
